Having irrational thoughts and anxiety is frustrating, but it’s important to talk about your feelings. Just because your thoughts or feelings are not based in reality/are irrational does not make them any less valid or hard to feel. Be mindful of your thoughts, be open about your thoughts, recognize where they are coming from and sit with them. Allow yourself to understand that those thoughts are not true, that they have no rational basis in your life, and allow them to pass. You are not your anxiety, you are not your irrational thoughts. 💫
